  3. DThe personal data contained in the application that You have submitted shall be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process. The submittal of a recruitment application means that You consent to the processing of personal data in order to carry out recruitment processes and present offers in order to find the appropriate work for You (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
  4. DThe personal data provided by You voluntarily may be made available to the employer with the aim of employment or implementation of recruitment in compliance with the aim of the processing. Your data may be disclosed to our partners and subcontractors exclusively within the scope of the services rendered for us, and especially to entities providing servicing, advisory, consulting, and IT services, as well as hosting providers.
  5. Your personal data shall be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and removed 3 months after it has been entered into our database if employment does not take place. You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any moment, however, this withdrawal does not in any way influence the compliance with the right to process, which occurred based on Your consent prior to it being withdrawn.
  6. You have the right to request that the administrator grant you access to Your data, correct it, remove it, or limit its processing, as well as the right to submit an objection, request to transfer Your data, and submit a complaint to a supervisory organ.
