WHAT ARE THE SUBSEQUENT STAGES OF WORKER RECRUITMENT?

The worker recruitment and selection process is designed along with the Client. The following stages can be distinguished:

  • 1. Preparation of a candidate profile

    this is the key stage of the whole process in which we determine along with the Client, his requirements and expectations for the candidate. At this stage it is important to look at the offered post from a broader perspective, taking into account, whom will the new employee work with, who will be his/her supervisor, what technologies and software should he/she be familiar with, how will his/her results be measured, and what style of management does the organization favor?
  • 2. Creating a job offer, publication, and finding candidates

    based on the data collected we prepare a recruitment offer and select the most effective channels through which we will search for candidates. The most often used methods are job websites, social media, or direct search.
  • 3. Selection of the received CVs

    at this stage, we verify the received applications, especially as far as meeting the requirements of the offer, while also verifying the candidates by phone
  • 4. Job interview, and competence tests

    we get to know the candidates, their experience, qualifications, and aspirations. Depending on the needs we give the candidates the appropriate competence tests as well as other additional tasks, in order to recognize a candidate's potential. We verify all documents and certificates. We also familiarize the candidate with the company so that he/she can see if his/her expectations are in line with our Client's offer.
  • 5. Presentation of the selected candidates

    depending on the arrangements we present our Clients with 2-5 full profiles of candidates. Then we organize a meeting between our Client and the selected candidates providing professional counseling as far as selecting the appropriate worker.
  • 6. Making an offer/negotiations

    after selecting the appropriate candidate we agree on the final conditions of employment taking part in possible negotiations of working conditions.

  5. Your personal data shall be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and removed 3 months after it has been entered into our database if employment does not take place. You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any moment, however, this withdrawal does not in any way influence the compliance with the right to process, which occurred based on Your consent prior to it being withdrawn.
